A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Schuylkill County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

An email message may be retained long enough to review it and respond. It remains within the organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Schuylkill County Criminal History does not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to the Schuylkill County courts and county custodians, the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and the Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law Public Website. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not turned into a consumer report or a file about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and sharing practices apply to information submitted through those tools. Those rules are outside this site’s control, so review the provider’s policy before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to county offices, Pennsylvania agencies, court portals, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination’s policy governs. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted ads. This site does not control that tracking.
